Tobin Utley
Managing Partner

Tobin is a senior capital markets executive with over 25 years of experience across prime brokerage, institutional trading, and market structure. He has held senior leadership roles at leading UK and international financial institutions, including Spreadex, ETX Capital, City Index, Saxo Bank UK, IG Group, MF Global, Old Mutual, WorldSpreads, Oval Money and GNI Group.

Across these roles, Tobin has been closely involved in the development and scaling of execution platforms, prime brokerage operations, and institutional trading infrastructure. His experience spans execution, market access and operating models that support scalable, multi-jurisdictional capital markets businesses operating to institutional standards.

Thomas Campbell
Managing Partner

Thomas is a senior commodities executive with over two decades of experience across physical energy markets, particularly oil and gas. His background spans upstream, midstream and trading environments, where he has held senior leadership roles covering commodity origination, supply-chain development, risk management, and commercial operations across international markets, including Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Latin America, and Africa.

Thomas has served in executive and chair roles across businesses focused on commodity trading, asset development, and resource optimisation. His experience sits at the intersection of physical commodities, transaction execution, and capital markets, shaped by long-standing involvement in complex, cross-border operating environments, and institutional market structures.

Kevin Copping
Managing Partner

Kevin is a senior financial market professional with over 30 years of experience across cross-border investment, structured finance, and global currency markets. He has held senior roles at institutions including Ebury Partners, Custom House and Finseta, with responsibilities spanning capital efficiency, treasury structures, and institutional liquidity frameworks.

Kevin has operated extensively across the UK, Europe, the United States, Canada, Latin America, Africa, Asia, and the Middle East, working within complex, multi-jurisdictional market environments. His background spans private banking, asset management, and alternative finance across institutional, family office and growth-stage contexts, bringing a disciplined, analytical approach shaped by deep experience across multi-asset and cross-border capital markets.

Kevin "Scott" Schwartz
Fund Manager

Scott is a senior commodity markets professional with over 30 years of experience across global energy trading and institutional portfolio management. He began his career in 1993 on the floor of the New York Mercantile Exchange, trading crude oil and natural gas options, before moving into senior institutional roles across energy and investment banking.

His experience includes serving as Vice President of Energy Trading at Sempra Energy Trading, Director of Crude Oil Derivatives at Barclays Capital, and Director and Head of Global Oil Derivatives Trading at Lehman Brothers. Over the past 13 years, he has traded a proprietary book at Thunnus Energy LLC, with capital allocations across energy derivatives and carbon-based credit markets.

Peter Ahluwalia
Fund Manager

Peter is a senior investment professional with over 30 years of experience across portfolio management, private banking, and asset management. He previously served as a Fund Manager at MRB Fund Partners AG and spent 14 years at Swiss Partners, where he held Chief Investment Officer roles across multiple entities, overseeing discretionary portfolios and investment frameworks for private and institutional clients.

Earlier in his career, Peter held senior investment positions at Lloyds Bank and HSBC, including leadership roles within private banking and investment management. His experience spans multiple market cycles and asset classes, bringing a disciplined, governance-led approach shaped by deep involvement in institutional and private capital markets.

Adam Harris
Fund Manager

Adam Harris is a senior market practitioner with over 15 years of experience across proprietary trading and multi-asset portfolio management. He entered the financial markets in 2008 and joined a Cayman Islands domiciled proprietary trading operation, trading across global asset classes.

His experience includes the management of private, self-directed investment portfolios for international investors, with a focus on foreign exchange, long/short equities, and tactical asset allocation. Adam is also a regular contributor of global market commentary to institutional audiences, including prime brokerage and financial market platforms.

Faisal Rashid

Faisal is a senior investment banking professional with over 20 years of experience across corporate finance, cross-border M&A, and commodities. Over his career, he has led more than US$7 billion in merger and acquisition transactions and over US$2 billion in financing across sectors including aerospace, renewables, healthcare, and petrochemicals.

Faisal began his career at Morgan Stanley and Lehman Brothers, before moving into senior leadership roles at firms including Azra Management and Metorex, where he led the US$1.4 billion sale of the business. His experience spans complex, cross-border transactions, and institutional capital markets environments, shaped by long-standing involvement in both strategic and commodity-linked situations.

Rehan Ahmed
Advisor

Rehan is a senior restructuring and insolvency professional with over 20 years of experience across complex corporate recovery, turnaround, and distressed situations. He has held senior roles within leading restructuring and insolvency practices, working across a wide range of stakeholder-led and court-driven processes.

His experience spans multiple sectors including manufacturing, construction, food, and retail, with extensive exposure to transitional and special-situation environments within the UK and international markets. Rehan's work has involved distressed advisory, contingency planning, operational stabilisation and stakeholder coordination, bringing a disciplined, process-driven approach shaped by deep experience in complex restructuring contexts.
